Our efforts to strengthen participatory processes within our organization were confirmed in the best possible way at our General Assembly! Following numerous meetings of our organization’s clusters and their coordinators, our annual meeting came to confirm that our team operates with a unified voice and a shared vision.
Meetings were held to identify gaps and weaknesses, highlight proposals and set goals both at the cluster level and at the organizational level for the new year. All these and much more were discussed at our team’s annual meeting, with the aim of shaping our strategic priorities for 2026.
A shared conclusion among everyone was the very significant efforts made by our team toward the transformation of our organization and the more effective management of the pillars of our work. The development of internal procedures and policies aimed at more effective and representative governance, the establishment of new processes for our field operations, the expansion of our work across our action pillars, the development of our operational capacity, as well as the strengthening of our work at both national and European levels were just some of our achievements in 2025.
The new year appears with even greater challenges for our organization, as well as increased expectations. Our shared belief is that under these new conditions and responsibilities, we can only respond effectively and meaningfully.
Once again, a big thank you to Attica Group for their hospitality and for providing the space where our General Assembly took place.
