Paros is the first island with two Aegean Rebreath stations!

Our second initiative in Paros during 2019 included a really exhausting but productive weekend! We prepared our second marine litter station in Naoussa village in cooperation with the Municipality of Paros and the Fishing Association. It was a weekend full of meetings with the Mayor the island and the President of Naoussa village, municipal staff, the fishing community and organizations that are active in the island. We also visited our station in Paroikia with the aim of identifying areas of improvement. Of course, we also organized clean up activities in the fishing harbor of Naoussa as well as assessment missions in order to map polluted areas. The establishment of two stations in such a big island is a new challenge for us; therefore we need to say a big thank you in Paros for its trust!
